We are a local, family-owned business who are raising our own young family. Our dream of starting an indoor play centre started when we noticed that East Gippsland lacked an indoor fully-contained space for families to let their kids go wild – especially on the cold, wet days that are common in our region. We dreamed of a place that large families with babies, toddlers, and older children could enjoy – and with Benchelo’s, we made this happen.
Our bright and colourful play equipment has been designed by one of the leading indoor play specialists for children between 12 months and 12 years old. We have guaranteed peace of mind by working with these specialists to provide a CLEAN, SAFE environment. We adhere to all relevant Australian standards and provide ourselves on safety and cleanliness.
Our lovely little café provides coffee, drinks, and tasty snacks for both parents and children to enjoy. Hungry and thirsty kids will love our café, and parents will have an excuse to enjoy great coffee and cake. Like our playcentre, the café adheres to all relevant Australian safety standards.

★ Entry for 8 children –(including birthday child) additional children charged as per party package chosen
★ 1.5 hours of Party Room Hire
★ Return Pass for the Birthday Child
★ Party Room Decorated according to theme chosen
★ Unlimited Play time for children attending on the day of Party

Let us take care of the planning, decoration, and cleaning up of your child’s party so you don’t have to!
We offer two rooms for party hire that can be made into one huge room if you require more space (additional costs may apply). Your child is unique, and their party can be too – not only do we offer various themes, but we can customise anything. Our friendly staff are here to help customise your party to best fulfil your child’s birthday wishes. Another important thing for kids parties is the food. We understand this and offer both platters and onsite catering to complete their special day. We can also supply an ice cream cake at an additional cost – or alternatively, you can bring your own cake/cupcakes.
Please contact Benchelo’s to make a booking on (03) 4116 2023. Make sure to get in early to lock in the day and time you prefer! We will make sure to follow up with you 48 hours before the party to confirm any bookings and make any alterations. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance can be paid on the day.

Info & Rules
★ Socks MUST be worn at all times. (Socks can be purchased at the front reception and cafe areas).
★ Children MUST be supervised at ALL times by a responsible adult over 18 years.
★ Respect our No Outside Food policy with the exception of baby food and children’s drink bottles. Special dietary requirements can be catered for by arrangement with management.
★ No foul language or rough play will be tolerated (you will be asked to leave).
★ Please DO NOT enter if anyone in your immediate family has suffered from vomiting and/or diarrhea in the past 24-72 hours.
★ Please report ALL accidents or concerns to one of our friendly staff members on the day of admission.
★ Staff are trained for general supervision ONLY. A responsible adult over 18yrs MUST actively supervise your child at ALL times.
★ Any child found unattended and left on the premises without supervision will be handed over to the appropriate authorities without exception.
★ While using the slides, please ensure your child goes down feet-first, does not jump or push from the top, and does not climb up the slide.
★ Please do not bring valuables on to the play equipment.
★ Long pants are recommended while using the slides.
★ Taking photos or videos of your own children is allowed, but please refrain from photographing or filming other children.
